15 drivers flouting 20mph speed limit caught out in Black Country street
Fifteen motorists face fixed penalty tickets for ignoring the 20mph speed limit in an Oldbury street.

They were caught out during a Speed Watch operation organised by Sandwell Police, councillors and the Neighbourhood Watch volunteers following road safety concerns.
Oldbury Police posted on X: "@OldburyWMP PCSO Chance has conducted a Speed Watch with Councillors & the local Neighbourhood Watch Coordinator on Brades Rise Oldbury.
"We caught 15 vehicles that where exceeding the 20mph speed limit. Please be mindful of your speed."
