The 1,308 sq ft property at 64 Hagley Road, which served as the headquarters for The Lee, Shaw Partnership estate agents' chain for more than 40 years, became vacant last year.
Sellers Chartered Surveyors, part of the Harris Lamb group of companies, were instructed to take the site to market and it's now been let to UK leading wedding suit supplier Peter Posh, which has launched its eighth showroom at the site.

Matthew Pearcey, who oversaw the deal, said: “A prominent building on Hagley Road with parking, this double fronted property lies within easy walking distance of Stourbridge town centre, it attracted a great deal of interest from potential occupiers.
“The business has invested in a first-class refurbishment to bring the showroom in line with its other locations."

Peter Posh, a Wolverhampton family tailoring business established in 1931, turned its attention in 1990 to crafting weddings suits and has become a leading supplier in the country.
The business expanded to operate seven further showrooms throughout the West Midlands, Cheshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire, Staffordshire and Gloucestershire, as well as supplying Peter Posh suits to more than 250 independent retailers.
