A man is set to stand trial after being charged with fraudulently taking £35,000 from a Dudley cashpoint over five months.

Gratian Sultan, 34, with unknown accomplices allegedly began withdrawing cash from the NCR ATM in Lye on July 17, 2023 and carried on until December 21, 2023.

Sultan, of Victoria Crescent, Buckinghamshire, appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Friday (April 25) to enter a plea concerning the theft.

He pleaded not guilty to conspire to steal from another at Lye with others unknown to steal cash from ATM machines to the value of approximately £34,970 belonging to NCR.
