Mohammed Mire, 35, of Moat House Road, Birmingham, has been jailed following a trial at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Tuesday.
It comes after West Midlands Police officers were contacted in August 2024 about a girl being sexually abused.
Officers carried out immediate enquiries into the incident, and Mire was arrested later the same day.

Police discovered Mire was responsible for a catalogue of abuse against two young people starting several years prior.
The 35-year-old was charged with raping a child under the age of 13, three counts of rape of a teenage girl, assault by penetration, threats to kill, and actual bodily harm.
Mire denied all charges, but was found guilty following a trial.
As well as being jailed for 26 years, Mire is also subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order, a restraining order, and a notification order under the Sexual Offences Act.
Detective Constable Abbi-Louise Jackson, from the West Midlands Police Child Abuse Investigation Team, said: "The details in this case are truly horrendous, and those abused have shown immense courage in speaking out.
“From the initial report through to the trial, they have been incredibly brave. We encourage anyone who has suffered abuse to speak to us – we are here for you. You will be supported, and you will be believed.”
