John McDonald, 51, of Bloxwich, Jonny McDonald, 22, of Dudley and Brett Delaney, 34, of Darlaston appeared at North Staffordshire Magistrates Court yesterday (Monday, April 21).
All three were charged with manslaughter but the elder McDonald was also charged with assault by beating and failing to stop a vehicle when directed by a constable.
Suzanne, 62, was struck by a Nissan van at Aston Wood Golf Club in Shenstone, on April 11 and died four days later.
The van which hit the mother of three was being chased by the police which has led to the case being referred to The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC).
The three defendants were arrested by Staffordshire Police over the Easter weekend and officially charged yesterday morning (Monday).
They were transported to North Staffordshire Magistrates Court in Stoke-on-Trent for the first hearing of their court proceedings.
They are due to appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Wednesday (April 23) for a preliminary hearing.
A Staffordshire Police spokesman told the Express & Star: "They are next in for their pre trial plea hearing at Stafford Crown Court on Monday, May 23."
The police did not confirm whether the defendants were remanded in custody.
On May 23, the three men will have to plead guilty or not guilty to the charges levelled against them.
Staffordshire Police originally arrested six men in connection with Suzanne's death, however, the force spokesman said: "Three other men who were arrested in connection with the investigation have been bailed with conditions."

Following her death, Suzanne's husband paid tribute to his wife, saying: “Suzanne had an amazing and infectious zest for life which touched everyone who was fortunate enough to know her.
“She was unselfish, always ready to encourage with love and support those around her to achieve more than they themselves thought possible."
He added: “Suzanne leaves a legacy and an unfillable void in the lives of her mother Maureen, her three adult children, two step-children and countless others from her work, her sporting activities and social circle."
