Housing developer Spitfire Homes acquired the land, near the former Sandvik HQ in Manor Way, back in 2023.
The 5.6-acre plot has now been transformed into 61 two- to four-bedroom houses as well as two one-bed maisonettes - with the first buyers moving in this month.
One of the property types, The Kedleston, is a four-bedroom detached family home. As the largest property available at Maybank, it boasts an open-plan kitchen and dining area as well as a spacious living room and study for home working.
