Wolves are top of the table when it comes to value for money - survey
Wolves may not be top of the Premier League points wise but they have emerged as the most affordable club to support, according to new research.

The study, carried out by online betting BoyleSports, analysed key expenses typically faced by football fans in the Premier League - including the cost of a one-night hotel stay, the cheapest available season ticket, average taxi fares per mile, the price of a stadium pie, and the cost of a home shirt.
Using these factors, each of the 20 Premier League clubs was given a score out of 100 to determine which offers the best overall value for money and Wolves topped the table with 82 out of 100.

Wolves fans enjoy some of the most affordable hotel stays, averaging just over £60 per night, along with the cheapest home shirt at £58.
With taxi fares averaging £2.82 per mile and a season ticket priced at £525, Wolves stands out as a great option for budget-conscious supporters. Aston Villa feature in the top ten at seventh with a score of 62 out of 100.
Nottingham Forest claimed second place with a score of 74 out of 100. Visitors to the City Ground benefit from some of the lowest average taxi fares at £2.61 per mile, while season tickets start from £550. Hotel stays are also reasonably priced, averaging £62.41 per night.
Forest also offer the cheapest stadium pies in the league at just £3.30.
Everton take third place with a score of 72 out of 100 and maybe not surprisingly Chelsea finishing bottom of the table with a score of just 22 out of 100.
A season ticket at Stamford Bridge can cost up to £810, while average hotel stays exceed £99. Shirt prices are also among the highest, at £84.99 - just behind Spurs, who top the list at £85.
