The new education campus is being built at a cost of £26m on land formerly occupied by the vacant former Dudley Hippodrome in Castle Hill.
It will be home to a medical services college providing further education courses including nursing, midwifery and paramedic science as part of the borough's efforts to offer more training opportunities to residents on the doorstep.
