The Dudley Merry Hill store now boasts a modernised beauty hall packed with trending beauty brands and big name products.
There’s also an improved healthcare section with expert advice on offer and new private pharmacy consultation rooms and healthcare services.

The makeover, which was celebrated by store bosses on Thursday April 10, is part of an ongoing programme to refurbish health and beauty stores across the UK.

Work was carried out towards the end of last year to upgrade the store - with the finishing touches recently added.
Store bosses hope the redesign will offer an elevated shopping experience for customers - especially beauty fans who will be able to get their hands on an array of new and premium products including trending items previously only available online.

More than 30 new premium brands have been added to the store’s offering for the first time including Drunk Elephant, Caudalie, Elemis, NARS, Wella, Milk MakeUp, Prada, Kiehl’s, Laneige, Anastasia Beverly Hills and more.

New premium and professional haircare brands are also available for the first time including Redken, L’Oreal Professional and electrical beauty brands including Shark and Cloud 9.

Customers can also still find their favourite products that Boots is known for including its own brand ranges, No7, Liz Earle and Soap & Glory.

The reinvented healthcare area includes more private consultation rooms where customers can access healthcare services such from flu and travel vaccinations to blood pressure checks. It also offers the NHS Pharmacy First service, offering patients chance to access advice and treatment, including some prescription-only medicines, for seven common conditions.

In addition the store has a range of health and beauty experts including 22 Boots beauty specialists plus a Boots Macmillan Beauty Adviser, and three pharmacists.

Store manager Sam Turner said: “Our Boots Dudley Merry Hill store has been serving the community for decades; in fact, one of our team members has been working at Boots Dudley Merry Hill for 25 years.
“It’s exciting to continue to support our customers, but now in a revamped store which offers so much more than before.
“Our customers love the new beauty hall and it’s a pleasure seeing customers come to us to track down the latest trending, hottest and emerging brands and products, taking inspiration from social media.
“The store now has everything from the latest beauty fixes and baby essentials to healthcare on the go, and essential pharmacy services. Boots really does support every customer, at every stage of life.”
