Police want to speak to man after theft from vehicles in Birmingham

Police would like to speak to him after car parts were stripped from vehicles in Birmingham.
Three cars were stripped of parts in Nechells and Castle Bromwich in September.
One man has been arrested by West Midlands Police's Vehicle Organised Crime Team, which is continuing its investigation.
As part of their enquiries, the team would like to speak to this man – and are asking for the public's help in identifying him.
