Jurors watch horrific Tipton crash which killed popular carer Darren Whitehouse as family leave courtroom
Jurors were shown sickening footage of the moment Sandwell carer Darren Whitehouse was catapulted into the air after a stolen car ploughed into him on the pavement.

A montage of clips showed a Nissan Infiniti speeding down St Marks Road, Tipton on 2021 whilst being pursued by an unmarked police car.
Mr Whitehouse was chatting to a friend with a cycle outside Greenlawns flats when the speeding Infiniti allegedly driven by Carlton Betts strayed onto the pavement and ploughed into the pair.
Two camera angles from a Ring doorbell and a passing bus showed the devastating impact of the crash. Mr Whitehouse's family opted to leave the court room before the footage was shown.
The jury saw Mr Whitehouse shunted nearly 50 metres down the road whist the cycle was launched over the Greenlawns fencing.
