The Smethwick Neighbourhood Team, along with officers from West Midlands Police's Traffic Unit, and Sandwell Council Civil Enforcement Officers, conducted a traffic operation on Friday.
The operation, which was held in Smethwick High Street, was carried out to address reports of dangerous driving in the area after community members raised concerns.
Six vehicles were seized for offences such as driving without insurance, and driving without a licence.

A spokesman for the police's Smethwick Neighbourhood Team, said: "Our joint efforts with Sandwell Council underscore our commitment to tackling road safety issues raised by the community. This operation is one of many steps we are taking to enhance safety, and reinforce public confidence in local policing."
"We regularly conduct road operations working with communities and partners to create safer roads for everyone, and to deter criminals who abuse the road network.
"It is vital for drivers to ensure they are using their vehicles with the correct documentation. This includes holding a full UK driving licence, valid insurance, up-to-date vehicle tax, and a current MOT certificate where applicable.
Adhering to these requirements not only ensures legal compliance but also contributes to safer roads for all.
"Your safety is our number one priority and we are committed to reducing the number of fatalities and serious injuries on our roads.
