Police want to speak to him after three women reported being sexually assaulted in the Bullring Shopping Centre, Birmingham on 1 February.
The incidents happened between 4pm and 5pm.
Since then, police have been working closely with staff at the shopping centre and are supporting the victims, keeping them fully updated with the investigation.
They have also reviewed CCTV footage alongside other enquiries and are now asking for the public’s help.
