"I've organised the walk with the help of my colleagues. It's very close to home for us. My sister lost her hair due to her treatment for breast cancer and we have had  colleagues who have passed away due to cancer. When I accompanied my sister to the clinic I was surprised to see so many other patients there.

"I decided to so something to help. We chose to walk in aid of Cancer Research as its work covers all cancers.

"We've organised water and fruit supplies. We've got everything covered and we're ready to go on Saturday morning. We're just need the community to come and join us. Members of the public just need to come to our customer service desk and  pay £3 to sign up.

"We're trying to raise as much money as possible because the charity deals with all kinds of cancer treatments and diagnoses.

Jackie also praised store bosses for supporting the cause.

The team will be setting off from Stafford at 10am.

All participants will be rewarded with medals and certificates following the walk.
