All carriageways have reopened following two seperate incidents on M5 that led to a complete closure lasting several hours.
The M5 was closed in both directions as of 9.55am on Thursday following two incidents between Junction 2, Oldbury, and the M6.
The incidents, which included a crash between two motorcyclists and a car, and a body being bound on the road, have now both been cleared, with both northbound and southbound stretches reopening.

The route was closed for several hours due to the incidents, with National Highways West Midlands confirming that all routes are now reopen, but delays remain.
The group announced on X: "All lanes have now reopened on the M5 northbound between J3 (Quinton) and J2 (Oldbury) following the earlier police incidents.
"Please allow for extra journey time whilst the remaining residual delays clear on approach."
The group added: "Police investigation work is now complete at the scene.
"Traffic officers have reopened the road with residual delays of less than 15 minutes on the approach with congestion back to Frankley services at this stage."
Regarding the body that was tragically found on the road, West Midlands Ambulance Service said that they attended the incident at 10.04am, before finding a patient who sadly 'could not be saved'.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called by police to an incident between junctions 3 and 2 of the M5 Northbound near Hurst Green, Halesowen at 10.04am.
"Two ambulances and a paramedic officer were sent to the scene where, on arrival, crews found a patient. Sadly, it quickly became clear the patient could not be saved and they were confirmed dead at the scene."

The two incidents caused a complete closure of the road, with motorists becoming trapped for a number of hours.
At the time of the incidents, a police spokesperson said: "We are at the scene of two incidents on the M5 and it is currently closed in both directions at Oldbury/Quinton.
"It's shut J3 at Quinton to J2 at Oldbury after a body was found in the carriageway. Following a separate collision it's shut north between J3 and the M6."

All routes have now reopened.
