Residents react following Halesowen fire that 'destroyed' garden and damaged property
Residents and neighbours have shown their shock following a surprise fire that destroyed the garden on a property on their street.

Emergency services rushed to the scene of Short Street, Halesowen, following reports of a fire affecting the rear garden on a property.
The incident was first reported to West Midlands Fire Service at around 11.40am on Wednesday, with an at least seven fire appliances attending the scene to douse the flames.
While no one was hurt in the incident, residents have now talked of seeing the sudden blaze from their windows.
A 74-year-old neighbour, who didn't want to be named, said: "We were actually still in our pyjamas just watching TV, we walked into the kitchen and we saw the flames outside the window.
