More than 30 firefighters are tackling property blaze in Halesowen
Several fire crews are fighting a blaze at a property in Halesowen this lunchtime.

Emergency services have rushed to the scene of Short Heath, Halesowen, shortly before 11.40am to reports of a fire affecting a property on the street.
Four fire engines and two 4x4 brigade response vehicles from West Midlands Fire Service attended the scene, utilising a hydraulic aerial platform crewed by firefighters from Haden Cross, Brierley Hill, Oldbury and Woodgate Valley stations.
The blaze is said to have started in the rear garden of the property and quickly spread to the roof space of the nearby building.

The fire was reported as extinguished at 1.35pm, with West Midlands Fire Service saying that no casualties or injuries 'have been reported so far'.
A West Midlands Fire Service spokesperson said: "Shortly before 11.40am on Wednesday, we responded to Short Street, Halesowen.
"Four fire engines, two 4×4 brigade response vehicles and a hydraulic aerial platform are in attendance, crewed by firefighters from Haden Cross, Brierley Hill, Oldbury and Woodgate Valley."
Earlier advice of 'closing windows and doors' has now been lifted after fire personnel 'thoroughly' checked neighbouring properties.
The spokesperson added: "Good progress has been made at the scene, and the main seats of the fire have been extinguished. As a result, earlier advice to close windows and doors has been lifted.

"Firefighters are thoroughly checking neighbouring properties. A drone was deployed to assist crews. Police colleagues have been in attendance to maintain an outer cordon. Five crews remain at the scene, removing sections of the loft in the affected house."
The fire service alerted of the incident on X, saying that seven crews initially responded to the incident.
West Midlands Fire Service posted on X, formerly Twitter: "We have seven crews in attendance at a property fire on Short Street, Halesowen.
"As a precaution if you live or work nearby, please keep doors and windows closed."
