Samuel Danks-Petty, 20, is standing trial alongside Byron Sellick, 20, Jake Sanbrook, aged 23, and Julian Falconer, 20 at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
Danks-Petty is charged with intent to pervert the course of justice whereas the other three are charged with murder, attempted murder and possession of a firearm.
Samuel Danks-Petty, 20, of Buildwas Close, Mossley, chose to give evidence on the witness stand on Friday.

Though not in the Ford Focus with the other three defendants when Connor was shot on dead on July 8 last year, the prosecution claim Danks-Petty drove the other three around before and after the killing and fitted cloned number plates to the Ford Focus, and that he facilitated the hiding of evidence of the crime which led to the perverting of justice.
