Watch: Moment armed robbers take man's car from a Staffordshire village driveway

This is the moment a pair of robbers took a man's car at knifepoint in South Staffordshire.

In a video issued by Staffordshire Police, the victim can be seen getting out of his blue Volkswagen Golf R on a driveway on Brooke Road in Wombourne, near Wolverhampton, on September 11 last year.

Dylan Maskery Hurd, aged 19, of Abbey Hulton, Stoke-on-Trent and Callum Talbot, aged 23, of Featherstone, arrive at the seen on a moped.

One of them armed with a knife, they launched an attack on the victim after demanding his car keys and took them from his pocket.

Police then found the stolen vehicle abandoned on a car park off Terrace Street in Brierley Hill.

Maskery Hurd and Talbot were both charged and eventually pleaded guilty to robbery.

At Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on March 21, Talbot was jailed for six years while Maskery Hurd was sentenced to four years in prison.
