Appeal launched to find person responsible for car theft in Walsall

An appeal has been launched and an image released of a man police have said they want to find following the theft of a car.

West Midlands Police have launched the appeal after a car was stolen in the early hours of February 7 from the Chuckery area of Walsall.

The force has released an image of a man it said it wants to speak to following the theft and has asked for anyone with any information to get in touch as soon as possible.

A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "Do you recognise this man?

"We want to trace him following the theft of a car from a Walsall street.

"The vehicle was stolen on February 7 at around 5am in the Chuckery area of the town.
