Shoppers have chance to win prizes as Golden Ticket giveaway takes place at Stafford stores

Central Co-op will be holding a Golden Ticket giveaway at two Stafford stores on Saturday at 10am.
The giveaway will see the first 50 people in the queue at the Wildwood and Silkmore stores receive an envelope with a golden ticket inside, which will give the holder a prize.
The celebration event is in celebration of the UN International Year of Co-operatives, which came from the United Nations General Assembly proclaiming 2025 as the International Year of Cooperatives, underscoring the vital role cooperatives play in sustainable development.
Among the prizes on offer include six bottles of champagne, chocolates, fruit toy plushies and a range of other items, while there will also be free tastings of hot cross buns.
A spokesman for Central Co-op said: "Central Co-op is bringing a Golden Ticket giveaway to its Wildwood and Silkmore stores in Stafford on Saturday, March 22 at 10 AM in celebration of the UN International Year of Co-operatives.
"The first 50 customers in the queue outside the store will receive a Golden Ticket to claim a prize.
"One lucky winner will take home six bottles of Co-op's award-winning Les Pionniers Champagne, while others will receive Co-op Irresistible Dark Peruvian Chocolate and adorable fruit toy plushies.
"In Central Co-op's mission to put a ‘spring in our step’, shoppers can also enjoy free tastings of speciality hot cross buns, including Blueberry & Lemon, Apple Crumble, and Chocolate & Salted Caramel.
