Patryk Slepowronski carried out a string of offences in Upper Tean, Uttoxeter, Hixon, Stafford and Bentilee between November 2024 and January 2025.
The 22-year-old of Marston Montgomery in Derbyshire targeted shops including the Co-op, Tesco Express, Morrisons and One Stop across the county.

He went inside each store armed with a knife and threaten staff members before emptying the tills and fleeing the scene.
He also forced staff to open safes for him in a number of the robberies.
Officers investigating the offences tracked Slepowronski down after a DNA match from a knifepoint robbery in Hixon in December last year.
He was arrested shortly after and, following a search of his address, officers found safe keys and money that had been taken from a number of the robberies.
In total, it is estimated that Slepowronski's offences made him around £7,000.
He was charged with six counts of robbery and one count of attempted robbery.
Slepowronski pleaded guilty to all seven charges at Stafford Crown Court on March 7 and has been remanded in custody ahead of his sentencing.
PC Libby May Houston, the officer in the case, said: “Officers worked extremely hard to secure all of the evidence needed to put Slepowronski behind bars and to deliver justice for the string of businesses and people affected by his offending.
“We’re continuing to work proactively with businesses and staff across Staffordshire to make sure thieves are robustly targeted.”
