The meeting concerns the future of the Prince of Wales Theatre in Cannock and the Museum of Cannock Chase, both of which could close at the end of April.

A full council meeting in February set a draft budget which would see funding for the two venues effectively end, with closure set for next month.

A charitable group called Cannock Chase Theatre Trust representing the Prince of Wales campaign has been set up to try and secure its future and members will be present tonight at The Aquarius Ballroom, Hednesford from 6pm
Green Party Cannock Chase councillor Andrea Muckley, who is fighting to save the Museum of Cannock Chase, will also be present.
The meeting is open to the public but pre-booking is advised through Josh Newberry's office by e-mailing him at joshnewbury.mp@parliament.uk or calling 01543 384 681.
