Donna Logan, Tyra Logan, Jordan Logan and Anya Logan, were all convicted at Walsall Magistrates Court of common assault of an emergency worker at their home on Poplar Road, Kingswinford, on January 22 last year.
The trial on Wednesday heard that a heated argument that developed between Donna Logan, aged 39 and Tyra Logan, who is 19 but was 17 at the time of the offence, resulted in the police being called to the address near Dudley.
Mr Zulqarnain Saeed, prosecutor, told the court that when police attended the scene to resolve a row between the two defendants, the younger woman started to shout and swear at the officers and when they attempted to arrest her, she proceeded to kick them.
Mr Saeed said that while the officers were attempting to carry out the arrest Donna Logan, Anya Logan, 38 and Jordan Logan, 21, all followed them out of the house.
