Five men to appear in court charged with murder following fatal shooting that left residents 'terrified'
Five men will appear in court today charged with murder following the fatal shooting of Wolverhampton man, Neo Graham.

Mr Graham, aged 24, was shot in Eastfield Grove, Wolverhampton, just after 3.20pm on Tuesday, March 4, leaving a family destroyed and a community afraid to leave their own houses.
Since the shooting, officers have held an extensive investigation, reviewing CCTV footage, speaking to witnesses and following lines of enquiry.
Now, five men, aged between 19 and 24, have been charged with the murder of Mr Graham, with all five due to appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court today.

Listed are the five men due to appear:
Koketso Ximba, aged 22, has been charged with murder
Aaron Osei, aged 22, has been charged with murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, possession of prohibited ammunition, possession of Class A Drugs with intent to supply and possession of criminal property (money laundering)
Deric Da Silva Ferreria, aged 19, has been charged with murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life; possession of prohibited ammunition; possession of Class A Drugs with intent to supply and possession of criminal property (money laundering)
Fabio Bandarrinha, aged 20, has been charged with murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, possession of prohibited ammunition, possession of Class A Drugs with intent to supply and possession of criminal property (money laundering)
Elie Mey, aged 24, has been charged with murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, possession of prohibited ammunition, possession of Class A Drugs with intent to supply and possession of criminal property (money laundering), possession of a firearm when prohibited for five years.

The shooting incident left the Eastfield Grove community terrified, with many saying that they were 'too scared' to leave their own homes.
Following the shooting, one resident of Eastfield Road, who only wanted to be called Mark, said: "We shouldn't be scared to leave our houses.
"I tell my kids daily to stay safe and to come straight home after school. You're terrified to let your kids out onto the streets these days."

As well as five men being charged with the murder, a gun was also recovered as part of the police investigation.
A vigil and balloon release was held in memory of Mr Graham following his death, with over 200 people attending to show their support for the his grieving family.
In a tribute released by West Midlands Police, My Graham's family said: "[Mr Graham] was a loving, caring, family-oriented person who was a wonderful son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend.

“There are no words to describe how this loss has impacted our family and wider community. We appeal for any information that can lead to the arrest and successful conviction of the perpetrators who robbed us of Neo.
The five men were remanded into police custody and are due to appear in Wolverhampton Magistrates Court today.
