Neo Graham: Man arrested in Liverpool on suspicion of murder of 'loving' man shot dead in Wolverhampton
A man has been arrested in Liverpool on suspicion of the murder of Neo Graham who was shot dead in Wolverhampton.

The suspect, aged 23, was held by police on Friday (March 8) evening and will be questioned in the West Midlands.
Mr Graham, aged 24, was fatally shot in Eastfield Grove just after 3.20pm on Tuesday (March 4) in what police believe was a targeted attack.
A second man was receiving hospital treatment for gunshot wounds.

Five men, aged between 19 and 48, were arrested from a car in Birmingham on Wednesday night on suspicion of murder.
One of them has since been released and will face no further action, while police have been given extra time to question the other four as their investigation continues.

A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "Officers have been carrying out extra patrols and working with the community to offer reassurance in the wake of the tragedy.
"We are making good progress in our investigation and we'd continue to ask anyone with information to contact us."

Almost 200 people attended a vigil and balloon release held in memory of Mr Graham following his death.

His family described feeling "shocked and devastated" at his loss.
In a touching tribute issued by police, they said: "[Mr Graham] was a loving, caring, family-oriented person who was a wonderful son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend.
“There are no words to describe how this loss has impacted our family and wider community.

“...We appeal for any information that can lead to the arrest and successful conviction of the perpetrators who robbed us of Neo."
Residents living near the scene of the fatal shooting spoke of feeling scared to leave their houses and "terrified" to let their children out on the street.
Some have called on the police, council and the Government for action, saying "something needs to be done".
