Three one-bed flats at Park Inn, a purpose-built block at 81 Park Lane East in Tipton, will be on offer at property auctioneers' Bond Wolfe's auction taking place on March 27.
The flats include number 9 and 11 on the first floor, which are going under the hammer with a guide price of £50,000, and flat 6 on the ground floor of the same building, which has a guide price of £44,000.
Each flat is made up of a hall, living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, with double glazing and an electric heating system. Outside is the shared garden and parking bays.
