Lower Gornal home deemed 'unsafe' after vehicle ploughed into car and house
A car ploughed into a Lower Gornal home, leaving it unsafe for its residents to remain overnight.

The car crashed into the house and damaged a car on Edenbridge View at 10.24pm on Saturday (March 1).
The West Midlands Fire Service, West Midlands Police and ambulance crews attended the scene.

A West Midlands Fire Service spokesman said: "We were called to Edenbridge View, Lower Gornal, at 10.24pm last night. A car had collided with another and a semi-detached house.
"We made the area and two cars safe. Two crews and our technical support unit attended the incident."
The spokesman added: "Two people were in the property at the time but were assessed and were not injured.
"However, our tech-support team deemed the property unsafe to return to and those inside had to find alternative accommodation for the night."
The road was closed as emergency services dealt with the incident.
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "We were called to Edenbridge View, Lower Gornal last night to reports a car had hit a house.
"No injuries were reported and enquiries are ongoing.
"Anyone with information is asked to get in touch quoting log 4806 of March 1."
The West Midlands Ambulance Service has been approached for information.
