Woman charged with being in possession of a banned dog in Wolverhampton
A woman has been arrested for having a banned dog in her possession in Wolverhampton.

Denise Fleet, aged 38, is accused of having in her possession or custody a banned dog, namely an XL Bully type named Remmie on November 12.

No pleas were given at the hearing at Dudley Magistrates Court.
The defendant, of Park Park Dale East, Wolverhampton, was granted unconditional bail by District Judge Graham Wilkinson. The case brought under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 was adjourned until next week.
