Road in Dudley to close for four weeks for cycle lane works
A road in Dudley will is being closed as the council develops a cycle line on the route - with work expected to last for four weeks

Castle Hill in Dudley, will be closed for more than four weeks between the Castle Gate Island and Castle Street, as the council installs a cycle lane on the road.
The one way closure will take place on the Eastbound stretch of the route, with the closure expected to take place over a five week period, between the dates of Monday, February 17, to Sunday, March 23.
The Castle Hill closure will see road travelling towards Dudley town centre will be diverted via Tipton Road, Birmingham New Road, Priory Road and The Broadway.
Off-peak lane closures on Duncan Edwards Way will also be suspended from February 16, with Dudley town centre being accessed via Flood Street and New Mill Street.
Several bus services have also been affected as a result of the road closure, with both National Express West Midlands services and Diamond services being impacted.
National Express West Midland services 7, 11, 11A, 12, 12A, 19, 74, 87, 126 and X8 will be affected.
The Diamond services 14, 14A, 25, 215 and 229 have also been diverted.

25 Diverted Towards Dudley via Prospect Row, Flood Street, King Street, Vicar Street, High Street, Stafford Street, The Inhedge, Parsons Street, Ednam Road, Priory Road, Tower Street and terminates.
