Walsall's The Butts estate has very rarely been called colourful, however, one house for sale in the estate is proving everyone wrong.
Listed on the property website Zoopla, the house on Cecil Street, Walsall, features a unique colour palette that will add a splash of colour to anyone's day.
The two-bedroom terraced house is on sale for £200,000, however, the previous owner most likely spent half of that on various buckets of paint alone.
In images of the house, the walls can be seen painted in vibrant colours of pinks, blues, greens and reds, creating an almost eyewatering display of colours.
The property website described the house as "offering an ideal first time purchase" for any budding property developers, with a 'deceptively spacious' interior.
With the living room being bright pink, the bathroom bright red, the kitchen bright green and one of the bedrooms bright blue, the house might not be for everyone's liking, but at least one of the rooms will.
Coming with a full utility room, guest water closet, breakfast kitchen and a moderately groomed backgarden, any would-be buyers might be able to overlook the blindingly bright interior for the amenities on offer.
The colourful abode had previously sold for £113,000 in August 2015 and with it now selling for £200,000 the price rise relates to current property prices.
So, are you a budding artist with a varied colour palette looking for a first-time home? Then this home is perfect for you.
