National Express West Midlands has warned that one service has been forced to divert following a collision on Lodge Road, West Bromwich.
The incident was first reported by the transport group at 4.14pm this afternoon, with the service 43 being diverted from its regular route along the road.
The service 43 will now instead follow Oak Lane and Oak Road.
On X, National Express West Midlands said: "Due to a collision on Lodge Road West Bromwich 43 will be diverting in both directions via: Oak Lane and Oak Road.
"We apologise for any disruption to your journey."
West Midlands Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service have been approached for more information.
