Walsall residents have urged action from council over fly-tipping - here's what they say needs to be done
Residents in Walsall have called for action following more fly-tipping incidents in the borough.

They want councillors to 'do more' to cease the level of fly-tipping in the area after repeated incidents of fly-tipping with many householders saying their roads and fields are 'covered' in illegally dumped rubbish.
Retired council worker Linda Taylor, from Mill Lane, Walsall, said: "It's horrendous, it really is. The council do charge to take things away, people can't afford to pay these days, so it ends up on the street.

"Near to where I live the council did put cameras up, but they can't get them. They should bring the price down for removing goods or make it so you can remove more, it would dissuade them from tipping it.
"There should also be higher fines for those doing it and imprisonment for the repeat offenders.
