Motorists and bus passengers are being warned of two road closures in the Black Country beginning this morning.
In West Bromwich Church Lane is closing to all westbound traffic for six days - from today (Wednesday, February 12) to Tuesday, February 25.
Due to gas main renewal works the National Express West Midlands said that the number 47 bus will be on diversion. The route will be from Bank Street: Vicarage Road, Heath Lane, Walsall Road, Lyndhurst Road, Hyllyhedge Road, All Saints Way, The Expressway, Carters Green and follow the normal route.
The number 47 service to Wednesbury is not affected.
In Oldbury Oakham Road is closed between City Road and Darbys Hill Road for tree cutting works.
National Express West Midlands said this is affecting the number 12 bus service to Dudley. From City Road: Darbys Hill Road, Oakham Road to normal line.
And for the number 12 to Birmingham will run the reverse of the above.
