Michelin has revealed its 2025 restaurant selection in The Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland - including some of the West Midlands' many high-quality eateries.

It was unveiled in a ceremony held at Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum in Glasgow yesterday (Monday, February 10).

A total of 1,147 restaurants, including 220 with Michelin stars, have been included in the guide, and Staffordshire is well-represented - as is neighbouring Shropshire.

In Staffordshire, seven restaurants have been named in the guide.

Little Seeds in Stone town centre has been included.

The guide says: "Little Seeds has a bright, fresh, natural look with green walls, foliage and rustic, upcycled furniture. A smattering of cookery books adds to the homely feel - and there’s a walled garden and drinks terrace out the back too.

"Great quality regional ingredients are used to create eye-catching British dishes with the occasional playful touch. The popular Sunday lunch menu features roast Staffordshire beef."

Meanwhile, popular restaurant Lunar, based at the World of Wedgwood in Barlaston, has also been included.

The restaurant is named after The Lunar Society which Josiah Wedgwood founded.
