Police were called to the railway station just after 11am on November 19, 2024, after receiving reports of a woman being assaulted on the concourse.

The victim, who was aged in her 80's, suffered a fractured thigh bone and potential injuries to several ribs in the incident and later died on December 27.

A British Transport Police spokesperson said her death is "believed to be linked" to the assault.

Detectives have now launched an appeal to find a man who is believed to have information that could help their investigation.
