Rail passengers in Stafford are set to face a weekend of disruption as track upgrades on a line take place.

London Northwestern Railway have informed passengers that due to track upgrades between Nuneaton and Stafford, there will be no trains between Stafford and Rugby, with services diverted via Birmingham, on Saturday and Sunday.
It means that passengers heading towards Lichfield and Atherstone will need to take a rail replacement bus service.
A spokesman for National Rail said: "An amended timetable will be in place.
"More 600 metres of track upgrades between Nuneaton and Stafford will result in train diversions via Birmingham, with rail replacement buses supporting travel needs.
A spokesman for London Northwestern Railway said: "On Saturday, train services between London Euston and Northampton and Crewe will run between London Euston to Northampton and Rugby only.
"Rail replacement buses will operate between Rugby and Stafford.
"Your ticket is valid to travel on alternate London Northwestern Railway services between Stafford and Crewe.
On Sunday, train services between London Euston and Crewe will run between London Euston and Rugby only.
"The 9.13pm Crewe to Northampton service will not run and Rail replacement buses will operate between Rugby and Stafford.
"Your ticket is valid to travel on alternate London Northwestern Railway services between Stafford and Crewe."
