Kingswood Inspiring Learning, which was an outdoor residential learning centre, closed with immediate effect on January 17 after parent company The Inspiring Learning Group went into administration.
The centre at Kingswood near Albrighton was one of seven residential sites across the country to close after administrators from Teneo Financial Advisory Limited were called in.
The demise of Kingswood Inspiring Learning has seen several other residential centres, schools and partner organisations take to social media to offer help to those affected by the closure and register their own disappointment at the closure.
The Kingswood Trust had put out a message to reassure the public that it was business as normal as it was a charity, while Inspired Learning was a different company.
Rachel Wells, Kingswood Trust headteacher and charity manager said: “We are very sorry to hear this news.
"It will be a very difficult time for our neighbours and a huge blow to all concerned, especially children, schools and groups who were due to visit.
