Ambulance crews called to Sandwell 'incident' - but it wasn't as it seemed
Ambulance crews called to an "incident" in Sandwell found no patients at the scene.

West Midlands Ambulance Service staff attended Crankhall Lane, on the West Bromwich-Wednesbury border at about 8.46am on Friday (January 24).
On arrival however, no patients were found.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: "One ambulance, a paramedic officer and the Hazardous Area Response Team attended the scene.
"After a search of the area, no patients were found.”
A West Midlands Fire Service spokesman confirmed crews were not called to the scene.
