Dudley man charged with eight counts of theft at shops across borough
A man was due to appear in court after being arrested in connection with thefts from shops across Dudley.

Lewis Boylen was stopped on Russells Hall Road in Dudley on Monday by West Midlands Police in connection with thefts from shops in Gornal, Dudley and Pensnett.
The 33-year-old, of Russells Hall Road, was arrested following further enquiries and charged with eight counts of theft from a shop.
He was due to appear at Walsall Magistrates Court on Wednesday, although no details of his appearance are yet known.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "A man arrested in connection with a series of thefts from shops across Dudley has been charged to appear in court today.
"Officers stopped a 33-year-old man on Russells Hall Road on Monday night, in connection with thefts from shops in Gornal, Dudley and Pensnett.
"Following further enquiries, Lewis Boylen, from Dudley, was charged with eight counts of theft from a shop and he will appear before Walsall Magistrates Court this morning.
"Business crime, particularly thefts from shops, is a local priority for neighbourhood teams across Dudley and our officers are working with businesses and others to identify those committing crime while looking at ways of preventing further offences.
