Lilleshall Primary School celebrates receiving quality mark for its computing education

Less than a month after being graded 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, Lilleshall Primary School near Newport has achieved the national Computing Quality Mark after an evaluation of its computing education and demonstration of high-quality provision.

The Computing Quality Mark is awarded by STEM Learning on behalf of the National Centre for Computing Education, and recognises excellence of computing education offered by a school as part of their curriculum development through the Computing Quality Framework (CQF).

Lilleshall Primary School completed all seven aspects of the CQF to receive the Computing Quality Mark that recognises achievements in leadership and vision, the curriculum and qualifications, teaching, learning and assessment, staff development equity, diversity, inclusion and SEND careers education impact on outcomes.
