Quizam Bibi, now aged 53, and Mahmood Hussain, now aged 53,  denied taking part in the disorder in Lord Street in the Palfrey area of Walsall on June 30, 2019.

However, the pair were convicted following a trial held recently at Wolverhampton Crown Court.

Sentencing them on Monday (January 6) trial judge Mr Recorder David Mason KC said the family behaved in a "dreadful" manner and said their actions resulted in the victims moving house in the aftermath of the trouble.

"It was a disgraceful incident. I accept that a complaint was made by your daughter about one of the victims that night, but a police investigation found it was not validated."
