Solicitors' message for people looking to stake claim for estate of Walsall man

A solicitors firm has put out a message to any people with a claim or interest in the estate of a deceased man from Walsall.

Enoch Evans has put out the message under the Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 to let people who have an interest in the estate of David Wayne Ufton, from Walsall, who died on June 22, to send in written particulars to its offices in Cannock by February 11.

The firm said that after that date, the estate of Mr Ufton would be distributed amongst the people who had put in claims to the estate of Mr Ufton.
