Workers have been evacuated from a commercial unit in Tipton following an accidental chemical leak.
West Midlands Fire Service said that their crews have stopped the leak at Coneygre Industrial Estate, and that no one has been injured.
Fire fighter crews from Dudley and Tipton are in attendance at the site this morning (Friday, December 13) to contain the spillage with on-site equipment.
An alert was issued by WMFS on social media at around 6.30am.
