Teenager charged after man's designer gloves robbed in Walsall

A teenager has been charged with robbery after a pair of designer gloves were taken from a man in Walsall.

The man was robbed on St Paul's Street in the town centre shortly before 5.30pm on Sunday (December 8).

Baiden Dean, from Walsall, was arrested in connection with the incident.

The 18-year-old has since been charged with robbery and possession of Class B and C drugs.

He was due to appear before Walsall Magistrates Court on Tuesday (December 10).

Two boys, aged 14 and 17, who were also arrested have since been bailed while police enquiries continue, a West Midlands Police spokesperson said.

A 16-year-old boy who was arrested on suspicion of robbery has been released with no further action, the force added.
