Woman, 59, arrested and drugs seized after police search Walsall address

Police have seized drugs and arrested a woman after searching a property in Walsall.

Officers executed a warrant at an address on Addenbrooke Street in Darlaston on Thursday (November 14) morning.

They seized cannabis, scales and other "drug dealing paraphernalia" from inside, West Midlands Police said.

A 59-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possessing class B drugs with intent to supply.

She remained in custody on Thursday afternoon while police continued with their enquiries.
