Foster Haulage Limited from Wednesbury is applying to change the existing licence to keep an extra three goods vehicles at its operating centre on Qualcast Road in Lower Horseley Fields in Wolverhampton.
The Traffic Commissioner has asked for anyone working or living near the area who feel their use or enjoyment of the land would be affected to contact them by November 26.
A guide of making representations is available for the public to view at the Traffic Commissioner’s Office in Leeds.
