'I used to work in a warehouse - now I earn £200k-a-year and drive a gold Porsche'
He used to earn his keep trawling through supermarket aisles and grafting at a busy delivery warehouse.
But now self-made businessman Lak Sira is boasting a £200,000 salary after ditching university to forge his own success.
The 20-year-old's trading company is helpfully pulling in the pounds, with clients across the globe calling on the entrepreneur's expertise.
His money-making business has helped him buy and cast off 28 cars since January but he has settled with a Bentley and Porsche for now.
Mr Sira, who was born and bred in Wolverhampton, said: "I never saw myself in this position. I always thought I would have a normal job.
"I have been working non-stop for the past year, sometimes not eating or sleeping for a few days, trying to perfect everything.
"Now I can go on holiday when I like, work in any country, wake up whenever I want to. I can do whatever I want."
The former Sainsbury's worker delved into the world of foreign exchange trading after scouring the internet during his summer break before university.
He stumbled across successful high-fliers earning hundreds of thousands and decided to follow in their footsteps while studying accounting and finance at the University of Wolverhampton.
From his Culwell Street student accommodation, he taught himself the tricks of the currency trade before channelling his newly-gained knowledge into a business proposal.
Mr Sira, who has lived in Penn for the past 10 years, said: "When I would go on social media, I saw people making money in different ways. I could see people of my age driving around in my dream cars and with the things I wanted.
"There were lots of inspirational people. Seeing other people's stories, going from nothing to earning a substantial amount of money, I just wanted to be a part of it."
The entrepreneur, who also used to work at Willenhall's Yodel warehouse, dropped out of university earlier this year and now guides others wanting to get cash rolling from the stock market through company Prime Capital Investments Ltd.
His parents have retired early thanks to Mr Sira's success, and he is looking at buying the family a new home before he leaves Wolverhampton to expand his empire in London.
The former Highfield School student has also enjoyed an extravagant trip to China, is preparing to fly over to Dubai for his birthday, and is hoping to jet to New York soon.
Mr Sira, who has two younger brothers and once owned singer Peter Andre's former Porsche, confessed he has been the victim of online trolls since finding success.
He added: "At first it got to me, I used to get offended. But I just realised I have to just let them carry on. I don't have the time to think about it or care.
"I'm happy. But I know I can do more so I'm going to do that. This is just the beginning for me."
