The crash happened on the A449 Stourbridge Road at around 6.30pm on Sunday night.

A West Midlands Fire Service spokesman said the car hit the central reservation and flipped over, close to the Miller and Carter restaurant.

The man was later pronounced dead, according to the fire service. The baby was taken to Birmingham Children's Hospital.

Another man and two women inside the car were also taken to hospital.
