Travellers set up camp on Willenhall car park
Travellers have set up camp in another car park in Willenhall and could now receive parking tickets from the council.

The latest site the travellers have pitched up on is the short stay car park based on Wolverhampton Street.
The new encampment comes just days after travellers arrived on the Wakes ground car and lorry park with around nine caravans.
The council issued an eviction order to get the travellers off the site on that occasion. Now, the travellers have moved just two minutes and a few hundred yards down the road.
By 10am on Wednesday, the narrow-entranced short stay car park, located close to shops and businesses, was packed with motorists who struggled to find spaces around the approximately eight caravans that had parked sporadically in different pockets around the site.
Some travellers were keeping an eye on the comings and goings of the cars driving in and out of the car park whilst two community police officers were also on patrol.
Gas canisters, laundry baskets and children's toys were strewn all over the car park though the entrance and exit was still accessible.
Some motorists had to circuit the car park several times before choosing to leave the area for the alternative car park located opposite the Wolverhampton Street site.
Councillor Julie Fitzpatrick, portfolio holder for community, leisure and culture said: "Officers are following due legal process to regain possession of the land and as part of this process have served a notice instructing those on the site to vacate.
"Our primary objective is to address the unauthorised encampment.
"We will continue to review the appropriateness of issuing any parking tickets."
Council officers were due in court this afternoon to apply for an order to evict the travellers from the site.
